I don't see the point in this, when you're already ingame since you've launched the MTA client.

I know, no GTA games have map files, but MTA managed to enable map scripting.

So Server's won't be able custom place vehicles on .map files?

It's only a "Message of the Day", it dosn't have to be like a website. Although maybe we could add a feature where you can make a HTML styled info box for stuff such as Server Rules and the Admin Team. Also if we did make a Info Box as well we should make it optional.
