Progress Update - 07/11/2009

The GTA:VC part of the Update is so-far finished. It may have more things added depending on how we feel, but for now it is complete. Work on the GTA 3 part will be starting shortly. Thanks to trx, a MTA Developer, we now have some SCM code snippets among other files regarding both GTA 3 and GTA:VC for MTA in multiple versions, so we now have most of what we need to begin updates on the GTA 3 half. Once that part is completed, we will issue updates to the executable, release, and announce the Rewrite to the mass of users. At that point, the Rewrite will begin.
