Version Change

Due to a very large number of changes, bug fixes, and additions to the upcoming 0.5.1 release, we have decided to move forward and officially rename said version number to 0.6. This comes after several long discussions, and we feel that it would be more appropriate to the situation.
For those wondering, this also means that the "original" 0.6 version has been changed to 0.6.1 in order to reflect our future plans.
Hopefully with these changes, many of our excited users can begin to understand and appreciate all of what is soon to come to their Multi Theft Auto world! Remember, don't play with yourself. There's no fun in that!
