Progress Update - 10/02/2010

[UPDATES] - The Vice City SCM's for the Updates are done. We are waiting on eAi for client updates and other information before we begin the GTA 3 SCM updates.
[REWRITE] - The Rewrite is still currently in planning stages, although we may have finally and completely resolved the issue on the out-game chat! See this topic here:
